1. Can I pay with crypto?
Of course you can! In fact, we encourage you to use crypto for payments! We accept BTC, LTC and ETH.
2. Do you carry your own inventory?
Yes we carry our own inventory. However, it is of limited supply so depending on the style and design, once we sell out, it's gone. Sometimes we re-up on a design depending on demand.
2. How long does shipping usually take?
Usually, it takes 2-3 days for us to process and complete your order. Once processed, we will ship your order out immediately. The time it takes for your order to arrive from when we ship it out depends on the option you picked during check out.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yup! We totally do! However, please be aware that international shipments may incur customs fees and the orders will definitely take a lot longer to arrive than domestic orders from the US.
Each country has different customs policies and the fees are usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value and size. We do not take responsibility for said custom fees.
4. What do I do if my order never arrived?
It’s super rare that this ever happens, but on the off chance that bad luck strikes, please first check your shipping confirmation to make sure you listed the correct address. If you find that you listed the wrong address, we would be more than happy to re-send your order, but unfortunately, it will have to be at your cost.
If you find that the shipping address was correct, then please let us know at email@example.com. In the subject line please write “ORDER NEVER ARRIVED: YOUR ORDER #” and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
5. My order arrived damaged. What do I do now?
Although we are a small company, we will always try our best to ensure we provide the highest quality possible. If your order arrives damaged, please let us know within one week of receiving the order. Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “DAMAGED ORDER: YOUR ORDER #” along with a brief description of the kind of damage. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
6. Can I return my order? What if I ordered the wrong size? What if I changed my mind and realized that I hate your shirts?
First of all, everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but if your opinion is that our shirts suck, then well, your opinion is just factually incorrect. Moving on.
All sales are final and we will only refund/exchange if you have received the incorrect item, including style and size. Please contact us if this is the case.
