My order arrived damaged. What do I do now?
Although we are a small company, we will always try our best to ensure we provide the highest quality possible. If your oder arrives damaged, please let us know within one week of receiving the order. Send an e-mail to email@example.com with the subject line “DAMAGED ORDER: YOUR ORDER #” along with a brief description of the kind of damage.
Can I return my order? What if I ordered the wrong size? What if I changed my mind and realized that I hate your shirts?
First of all, everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but if your opinion is that our shirts suck, then well, your opinion is just factually incorrect. Moving on.
Like we mentioned earlier, we’re a super small company. We really do try our best to accommodate any problems you might have, but unfortunately we cannot accept returns or provide refunds.
The only exception is if you received an apparel order that had the wrong size printed on it. On the super slim chance this occurs, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “WRONG SIZE PRINTED: YOUR ORDER #” and we will get you fixed up right away.
